Marriott Galleria
Houston, Texas
The Marriott West Loop, a contemporary business hotel located in Houston's upscale Galleria area, faced a business critical challenge: their kitchen, which served the restaurant, bar and grill, room service, and banquet operations, was set to undergo an extensive three month long renovation.
Captivate provided the Marriott two fully-equipped food trucks, complete with operational permits allowing the Marriot continue their culinary program without missing a beat.
Perfect Game
Ice Cream Handout
Rosenburg, Texas
Perfect Game, the worlds largest youth baseball recruiting company, partnered with Captivate Mobile Marketing to deliver a standout experiential marketing event at their baseball tournament being hosted in Rosenberg, Texas. The Captivate team handed out over 4,000 Blue Bell branded ice cream bars to players, couchces and family members at the tournament. The event resulted in lots of smiles and memorable brand engagement with Perfect Game.
Udelhoven
Golf Tournament
Victoria, Texas
Udelhoven, a leading supplier in the oilfield processing industry, partnered with Captivate Mobile Marketing to host a refreshment tent at the 9th hole of the Formosa Golf Tournament in Victoria, Texas. Over the three-day event, attendees enjoyed drinks and snacks served from the centerpiece food truck. Captivate is proud to celebrate its fourth consecutive year of collaboration with Udelhoven.
Kroger Commercial
Houston, Texas
Kroger's summer-themed commercial featured a local celebrity chef preparing dishes with fresh produce available at their stores. The event was enhanced by a food truck and logistics support provided by Captivate Mobile Marketing, along with an executive chef to assist in the culinary showcase. This collaboration aimed to highlight Kroger's commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients and to engage the community through an interactive culinary experience.
Sam's Club Activation
Grapevine, Texas
We had the privilege of partnering with Sam's Club for an exciting experiential marketing activation near Dallas, Texas. During the three-month renovation of their Grapevine members' warehouse, the Sam's Club Food Truck toured the surrounding area, delighting the community with free pizza and hot dogs. The activation culminated in the grand reopening of the newly renovated store, where the food truck, alongside other promotional displays, took center stage as the highlight of the weekend's celebrations.
Nando's Peri-Peri Events
Houston, Texas
Nando's hosted an offsite influencer industry event in Houston, in support of their very first brick-and-mortar location opening.
Captivate was able to provide the food truck, graphics, logistics and training for the Nando's team, allowing them to bring their expanded menu items to the event.
Mr. Beast Burger
Austin, Texas
Mr Beast Burger was in need of a mobile kitchen to showcase at a high profile racing event in Austin, Tx. Captivate Mobile Marketing provided the food truck, full graphics wrap, custom kitchen fabrication, inter-city transportation and training for their 3-day event.
Captivate Mobile Marketing was part of the team that brought to life Kraft Food's vision of a multi-city sampling event for their Delimex line of grocery aisle freezer taquitos. Completed over multiple days, in multiple cities over 6,000 samples were handed out.

PNC bank and their partner agencies filmed a commercial and called on Captivate Mobile Marketing to provide foods trucks as background props on set. Captivate Mobile Marketing provided food trucks and logistics for the team.

Save the Children Fund, an international non-profit, required a "hero prop" for their "Get Fed Up" campaign commercial being filmed in Austin, Tx. Captivate Mobile Marketing was able to provide the graphics wrap, inter-city transportation to Austin and logistical support on-site.

Marketside, a Walmart brand, included a food truck on their floor product showcase being held at the George R Brown Convention center in Houston, Texas.
